Our B&B is located at the edge of the nature reserve "Parque Natural De Sierra Maria-Los Vélez".  It is the ideal place for nature lovers to stay.  You will also find what you are looking for when it comes to sporting holidays.  And for those who like to experience a bit of culture, there are several interesting towns and villages in the vicinity.  Or do you prefer to stroll around in our own 6ha almond orchard?

  The rates for our rooms can be found under the tab "our rooms" for each room separately.  When booking for at least 4 nights, a discount of 10% is provided.  Breakfast is included in each room.  Towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo are provided in the bathroom.  Please do not use the towels for the swimming pool, these can be obtained on request.
The rooms are made up daily by us.
High season runs from 01/06 to 31/10 and low season from 01/11 to 31/05.

  We provide an evening meal about 5 times a week.  The days depend on the occupancy and may be fixed by mutual agreement.  In the morning, during breakfast, all guests are asked whether they will be joining us for dinner or not, and the menu for that evening is also proposed.
  Dinner is a 3-course menu and is preceded by an aperitif around 19h30.  The price is 25€ per person, 13€ for children (-12 years).  Children under 3 eat free with their parents.
We also provide a limited selection of wines.

  There are sunbeds at the swimming pool, please provide a towel when using them.  The swimming pool is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm.  The pool is 6mx12m, there is also a lounge and poolbar.

  Voor wie dorst krijgt staat de "honesty bar" ter beschikking.  Dit is een self-service bar waarbij je zelf noteert wat je consumeert.  Een prijslijst is voorzien.  Bij het uitchecken wordt deze cash afgerekend.

We voorzien koffie, frisdrank, bier, water, wijn en cava.

Wie 's middags of in de namiddag een hongertje heeft kan vragen naar één van onze snacks.

Prijzen zijn inclusief BTW, taksen en diensten.

  For those who get thirsty, the "honesty bar" is available.  This is a self-service bar where you yourself note what you consume.  A price list is provided.  When checking out, the complete bill will be payed in cash.

Children up to 3 years can stay for free.  Baby items are available for free.
Pets are not allowed.
Checking in between 14h00 en 22h00, checking out before 11h00.
We also provide a private airport transfer to Murcia Airport (Corvera) upon reservation and payment (90€, round trip).  However, we recommend booking a rental car.

Smoking inside is prohibided.  Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.  We will bring you an ashtray.
